(space limited to 8 people)
Several of my long term supervisees recently got their licenses or are just about to do that. I sensed the need for a consultation group.
On the one hand it is a great relief to not have to go any more to weekly supervision. On the other hand, it is hard to start practicing in isolation.
I am inspired by Milton Erickson and many of his students, as well as by archetypal psychology, NVC and a variety of mindfulness approaches. At the same time I use ideas from many schools of psychology and open to bring any subject into the group. I love to use role play as a learning tool when appropriate. The format and experience is similar to my supervision group so please check these to get a better idea about me and my supervision style.
The group meets twice a month, on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month, 7-9pm. We meet at my office: 1600 Shattuck Ave., Suite 200, in North Berkeley.
There is room for up to 8 participants. The fee is $40 per session. I prefer regular participants as we get to know each other, our styles and the clients we work with, however, there is no required commitment beyond each session.
If you are interested yet the times suggested do not work for you, please let me know as there might be other time options.
